Expert - ERP Business Analyst

**Job Description:** As a part of the Scrum team, your primary responsibility will be to design and configure the SAP S/4 system. You will be required to address and proactively work on inter-team dependencies across scrum teams. In your typical engagement, you will collaborate with key stakeholders to comprehend their needs and provide advice on SAP system capabilities. Your tasks will include initiating requirement gathering, testing, completing workflow and documentation, as well as functional design of solutions. Additionally, you will liaise with stakeholders and the technical team to translate needs into business solutions and finalize configurations and/or integrations with SAP and non-SAP systems. Furthermore, you will collaborate with the Data, Change Management, and Infrastructure teams on enabling activities. **Key Responsibilities:** - Work with the Scrum team to design and configure the SAP S/4 system - Address and proactively work on inter-team dependencies across scrum teams - Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand their needs and advise on SAP system capabilities - Initiate requirement gathering, testing, complete workflow and documentation, and functional design of solutions - Liaise with stakeholders and technical team to translate needs into business solutions and complete configurations and/or integrations **Qualifications Required:** - At least 2-3 years of experience working with SAP EWM - Subject matter expert in supply chain processes for warehousing, distribution, and transportation - Completed 1+ full lifecycle SAP implementations of EWM in a warehouse environment - Completed 2+ full lifecycle SAP implementations of Inventory Management and Warehouse Management in a warehouse environment - EWM experience with Inbound and Outbound processes - EWM experience with Packaging Specifications - Strong integration experience between EWM-PP and EWM-QM **About Our Company:** At Schneider Electric, our values and behaviors are the foundation for creating a great culture to support business success.
