Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to lead and manage strategic initiatives within the Procurement domain, covering both Direct and Indirect Procurement processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of procurement operations, a solid grasp of the technical stack supporting procurement systems, and a proven track record of successfully delivering complex programs that align with business goals. Experience in leveraging AI and automation technologies to optimize procurement processes is highly desirable. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end program management for procurement-related initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines. Collaborate with procurement, finance, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and deliver solutions. Drive the implementation and integration of procurement systems and tools (e.g., SAP Ariba, Coupa). Analyze and optimize procurement processes for both direct (raw materials, components) and indirect (services, office supplies) categories. Manage cross-functional project teams, vendors, and third-party consultants. Monitor program performance, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of milestones. Provide regular updates to senior leadership and stakeholders on program status, risks, and outcomes. Ensure compliance with procurement policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. AI & Technology-Driven Responsibilities: Identify opportunities to apply AI/ML technologies to enhance procurement efficiency, accuracy, and decision-making. Lead initiatives involving: - AI-powered spend analytics and demand forecasting. - Predictive supplier risk management using machine learning models. - Automated contract analysis using NLP and AI-based tools. - Chatbots and virtual assistants for procurement support and supplier queries. - Intelligent workflow automation for purchase requisitions, approvals, and invoice processing. Collaborate with data science and IT teams to design, test, and deploy AI-driven procurement solutions. Evaluate and implement AI-enabled procurement platforms and tools. Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in AI, procurement tech, and supply chain innovation. Qualifications l Preferred Qualifications: Experience with digital procurement transformation initiatives. Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies. Knowledge of data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for procurement reporting. Experience with AI/ML platforms (e.g., Azure AI, AWS SageMaker, Google Vertex AI).
