Salary Range: USD $2500 - $3000 monthly + Bonus Depending on experience

Your Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deliver advanced AI training programs for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Train and fine-tune machine learning and generative AI models using real-world datasets.
• Create structured learning content, documentation, and hands-on exercises for AI/ML training.
• Evaluate AI model performance and provide feedback to improve accuracy, bias mitigation, and efficiency.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to align training with business goals.
• Mentor junior AI trainers, ML engineers, and technical teams.
• Stay up to date with emerging AI technologies, tools, and industry trends.
• Support enterprise AI adoption through workshops, bootcamps, and technical enablement sessions.

Your Qualifications:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in AI training or AI coaching roles.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning.
• 10+ years of overall experience in Information Technology.
• Strong expertise in machine learning algorithms, deep learning, NLP, and model evaluation.
• Practical experience with Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, or similar frameworks.
• Experience working with large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and AI fine-tuning.
• Ability to explain complex AI concepts in a clear, structured, and engaging manner.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, AI, Data Science, or related field (preferred).
