The Growth and Martech Engineering team at Adobe is responsible for delivering rich personalized experiences for visitors across Adobe.com and XE Surfaces. This team focuses on web analytics instrumentation and performance tracking on Adobe's key web surfaces. Working closely with Adobe.com Growth, Commerce, Marketing, IT, business unit leaders, and corporate functions, the team enhances capabilities based on key testing insights to ensure an industry-leading customer experience. As a member of this team, you will play an integral role in delivering against the organization's strategies related to customer experience. You will need a deep understanding of JavaScript, CSS, and HTML, along with strong organizational and communication skills. **Responsibilities:** - Deliver rich, optimized experiences across Adobe.com and XE (Customer Experience) surfaces. - Develop experiences using JavaScript, CSS, and HTML, as well as Visual Editors or Code-based editors. - Strategically partner with product management and analytics teams to support A/B testing and Web Personalization strategy. - Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to delivering custom site experiences. - Collaborate with various teams including Growth Product Management, Program Management, Commerce, Creative, and Engineering to ensure the timely execution of web Experimentation strategy. **Requirements:** - Deep knowledge and experience in front-end web development technologies, specifically JavaScript, CSS, and HTML. - Experience working with A/B testing. - Understanding of Optimization/Experimentation tools like Adobe Target, AJO. - Exposure to cross-product integration (e.g., Target - AAM, Target - Analytics, AEP - CJA, etc.). - Hands-on experience with network diagnostics and analytics tools. - Proficiency in Tag Management Solutions, preferably Adobe Launch. - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field, with a minimum of 4 years of practical experience. - Knowledge of Web Analytics is a plus. - Strong grasp of web application functionality, including security, session management, and best development practices. - 4-6 years of software engineering experience. - Experience collaborating with cross-geo partners/teams. - Experience in building tools, automation, self-service, and simple pages capabilities. - Strong coding experience in frontend technologies for web-based applications. - Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills. - Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with colleagues across various business functions.
