What We’re Looking For 10–15 years of Android development experience with strong fundamentals in Kotlin, ExoPlayer/Media3, and the Android media framework. Deep understanding of streaming protocols (HLS/DASH), adaptive bitrate streaming, DRM (Widevine), and analytics tagging. Experience in performance optimization – memory, power, cold start, and playback smoothness. Hands-on with modern Android stack: Jetpack Compose, Kotlin Flows, Work Manager, ViewModel, Room, Hilt/Dagger, etc. Familiarity with CI/CD, app modularization, crash analytics, and A/B experimentation frameworks (e.g., Firebase, AppCenter, etc.).
