About the Role

Next Big Technology is looking for a talented and experienced WordPress Developer to join our in-house team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for both front-end and back-end development, including the creation and customization of WordPress themes and plugins. You’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality, responsive, and performance-driven websites that align with client requirements and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress themes and plugins.
• Handle both front-end design and back-end development tasks.
• Write clean, efficient, and scalable PHP code.
• Build responsive, SEO-friendly, and cross-browser compatible websites.
• Collaborate with designers, content writers, and fellow developers to deliver seamless web solutions.
• Debug issues, optimize performance, and ensure strong website security.
• Stay updated with the latest WordPress tools, frameworks, and technologies.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of professional experience in WordPress development.
• Strong proficiency in PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and MySQL.
• Proven experience in creating and customizing themes and plugins.
• Solid understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
• Experience with page builders (e.g., Elementor, WPBakery, Divi) is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver within deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
