• Problem-Solving Skills: Helping students navigate academic, personal, or career challenges.
• Organizational Skills: Managing multiple students, schedules, and records efficiently.
• Empathy and Patience: Understanding and supporting students with diverse backgrounds and needs.
• Knowledge of Academic Systems: Familiarity with curriculum, degree requirements, and institutional policies.

2. Experience

• Counseling Experience: Prior experience in academic advising, career counseling, or student services is often required.
• Teaching or Mentoring Experience: Some roles may prefer candidates with teaching or mentoring backgrounds.
• Knowledge of Student Development: Understanding of student life, challenges, and developmental stages.

3. Personal Qualities

• Non-judgmental Attitude: Ability to support students without bias.
• Confidentiality: Maintaining privacy and adhering to ethical guidelines.
• Adaptability: Working with students from diverse cultural, academic, and socioeconomic backgrounds.

4. Administrative Duties

• Maintain accurate and confidential student records.
• Prepare reports on student progress, retention, and graduation rates.
• Collaborate with faculty and staff to identify at-risk students and develop intervention strategies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
