Experienced Staff Nurse

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Staff Nurse with a minimum of 3* to 8 Years of hands-on clinical experience*, preferably in ICU, Inpatient, and Outpatient departments. The candidate should be passionate about patient care, quick to learn, and capable of adapting to a fast-paced hospital environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in ICU, inpatient wards, and outpatient clinics.
• Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and maintain patient records.
• Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and rounds.
• Ensure infection control protocols and patient safety at all times.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and follow hospital escalation procedures.
• Coordinate with diagnostic and support departments for timely patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, medications, and discharge care.
• Maintain nursing station documentation and update electronic records.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum Experience: of real-time clinical exposure in ICU/OP/IP settings.
• Qualification: Diploma in Nursing (GNM) or B.Sc Nursing (Registered with Nursing Council).
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts including nights and weekends.
• Freshers with hands-on hospital exposure may also apply.

Desired Skills:

• Experience handling patient care in ICU, OP, and IP departments.
• Basic understanding of hospital protocols, equipment, and emergency procedures.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and efficient in critical situations.
• Team player with a compassionate approach.
