Experienced Staff Nurse

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and document findings accurately in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health management and treatment options.
• Monitor vital signs and respond promptly to changes in patient conditions.
• Assist with procedures such as IV infusion, catheterization, suturing, and emergency interventions.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and uphold the highest standards of patient confidentiality.

Requirements

5 year more experience preferred.
