Experienced Admission Counsellor

To strengthen our admission and counselling department, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Admission Counsellor who can effectively guide prospective students and their parents through the admission process.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle admission inquiries through phone calls, walk-ins, emails, and online channels.
• Provide detailed information about the institute, courses, eligibility criteria, admission process, and career opportunities in hospitality.
• Counsel and guide students and parents regarding course selection, career paths, and institute offerings.
• Maintain and manage the student database, follow up on leads, and ensure admission targets are met.
• Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional activities, seminars, and education fairs.
• Assist in organizing campus tours, open houses, and orientation programs.
• Ensure timely communication and follow-ups with prospective students from inquiry to enrolment.
• Maintain confidentiality of student information and uphold the institute’s professional image.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
