Key Responsibilities

Monthly Accounting & Compliance

• Perform end-to-end accounting entries in

  Tally

  for:
• Sales
• Purchases
• Bank & cash transactions
• Review and supervise the work of

  12 junior team members

• Prepare and file

  monthly GST returns

  (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and other applicable returns)
• Prepare monthly reconciliation of revenue and input as per BOA v.s GSTR 1 v.s GSTR 3B.
• Coordinate with clients for timely collection of accounting data, invoices, and bank statements
• Assist clients in resolving

  Tally-related issues

  or discrepancies such as e way bill, voucher set up ,etc
• Convert

  bank statements from Excel into Tally

  for seamless data import
• Perform Stock audits

Year-End Finalization

• Assist in finalizing accounts for clients:
• Trial balance review
• Ledger scrutiny
• Preparation of financial statements
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and tax laws

Income Tax

• Prepare and

  file Income Tax Returns (ITR)

  using

  Winman software

• Calculate and communicate

  advance tax liability

  to clients with supporting workings
• Ensure timely follow-ups for tax-related documentation and declarations

Required Skills

• Proficiency in

  Tally ERP / Prime

  ,

  MS Excel (vlookups, pivot tables, bank reconciliations)

  , and

  Winman Income Tax Software

• Working knowledge of

  Zoho Books

  is an added advantage
• Strong understanding of

  GST

  ,

  Income Tax

  , and general accounting principles
• Good communication skills for

  client coordination and team management

• Ability to

  work independently

  , multitask, and manage deadlines efficiently

Educational Qualifications

• B.Com / M.Com / Semi-Qualified CA
