Identify the necessary verification procedures as outlined in company guidelines. 2. Verify individuals employment and educational qualifications by directly contacting previous employers and educational institutions. 3. Conduct research to confirm the authenticity of the companies involved. 4. Follow up via phone or email with the designated HR or educational institution contact to complete the verification process. 5. Coordinate with companies to update the internal database with accurate contact information. 6. Record specific information received from various points of contact (Spocs). 7. Perform primary source verification for the specified antecedents. 8. Regularly update the internal database to ensure information remains current and accurate.
