Preferred Qualifications - 2-4 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Development of complex systems. - Experience in community management, PLM implementation, and technical program management. - Strong grasp of QA testing procedures and tools. - Bachelor's degree, preferably a Master's, in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field. - Knowledge of OAuth for Single Sign-On (SSO). - Experience in creating structured surveys and executing data reporting/analytics. - Understanding of AWS services. - Familiarity with how User Research and Experience Design teams collect feedback. The Ideal Candidate - Comfortable handling ambiguous or undefined problems and guiding others. - Excellent interpersonal skills. - Ability to explain technical topics to non-technical audiences in written and visual formats. - Flexible in adapting behavior to meet team needs. - Confidence in skills and abilities, with a willingness to share knowledge and learn from others. - Familiarity with agile methodologies and ability to work in a scrum team. - Proficiency in spoken and written English.,
