Key Responsibilities: - Ensure availability, performance, and scalability of systems and services through proactive monitoring, maintenance, and capacity planning. - Analyze and respond to system outages, implement preventive measures, and develop tools to automate operational processes. - Monitor and optimize system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement best practices for performance tuning. - Collaborate with development teams to integrate reliability, scalability, and performance best practices into the software development lifecycle. - Stay updated on industry technology trends and contribute to the organization's technology communities.
