You will be responsible for contributing to and shaping the overall UX strategy in various experience design scenarios, aligning with business goals and technical considerations. Your role will involve expertly framing problems, gathering requirements, and driving these activities, including delegating tasks as necessary. You should excel in conducting discovery processes and synthesizing data to uncover key user insights, allowing for the development of effective design hypotheses. Additionally, you will be tasked with conducting experience audits and usability analyses, such as immersive studies and heuristic assessments. Creating research artifacts, analysis summaries, and ideation strategies for workshops will be part of your responsibilities, as well as facilitating these workshops when needed. Furthermore, you will contribute to the overall experience strategy by leveraging user insights and aligning them with business stakeholder visions and technological contexts. Designing UI designs and prototypes across various platforms, from low to high fidelity, including sketches, wireframes, and interactive mocks, will also be a key aspect of your role. You will collaborate with visual designers to craft proof of concepts in mixed-fidelity and lead UX tracks within RFP responses and deal shaping activities independently. This will involve scoping and sizing jobs, providing solution advice, and making official experience recommendations. Moreover, you will plan and conduct usability testing and other user research methods either individually or through collaboration. An added advantage would be the ability to design for modern emerging experiences based on Generative AI and immersive design concepts.
