As an intern at our company in On-Site Chennai (Velachery), you will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in both Human Resources and Accounting & Finance departments. This Paid Internship offers you the chance to work from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm. In the Human Resources department, you will be responsible for assisting in recruitment by sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews. You will also play a key role in maintaining employee records and HR documentation, supporting onboarding and induction processes, drafting HR policies, notices, and communications, as well as helping to coordinate training and development activities. Within the Accounting & Finance department, you will help maintain accurate expense records and receipts, assist in GST, TDS, and other compliance-related documentation, and support in preparing financial reports as directed. To be eligible for this internship, you should be pursuing or have completed a degree in B.Com / BBA / MBA (HR/Finance) or a related field. Basic knowledge of HR processes and accounting principles is required, along with proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and good written and verbal communication skills are essential. You should also be able to thrive in a fast-paced team environment. During your internship, you can expect mentorship from experienced professionals, exposure to cross-functional company operations, and the opportunity to receive a Certificate of internship & letter of recommendation based on your performance. Successful completion of the internship may even lead to a potential full-time placement with us.
