You will be responsible for maintaining the cinema's F&B storeroom, which includes stocking operational materials and supplies, inventory control and records, purchasing, and other related duties as needed. Your direct reportees will include a storekeeper and an assistant storekeeper, while you will not have any indirect reportees. You will be required to interact with F&B vendors for vendor management, replenishment of inventory, stock return or replacement, and inspection of receivable goods. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing quotes, expediting orders, stocking items off shelves before expiry, and conducting audits of stores/F&B. To qualify for this role, you should have a graduation degree (B.COM) and 2-4 years of experience in a similar position within a reputable organization in the Service/Hospitality/Retail industry. You should be proficient in using MS Office, MS Excel, and Google Sheets, possess strong team-building and interview skills, and have a solid operational background in a multi-location business. Leadership abilities gained through managing diverse teams, experience in a rapidly growing multinational organization, and knowledge of consumer/cultural trends will be beneficial. Additionally, you should have excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills, relationship building skills, conflict resolution skills, self-motivation, and a can-do attitude. Fluency in English is essential for this role. This position offers a salary range of INR 2.5-3 LPA and will be based in a cinema setting.,
