Contact potential customers via phone to promote personal loan products. Explain loan features, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and repayment terms. Assess customer needs and provide suitable loan options. Handle customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide excellent service. Follow up with interested customers to ensure loan application completion. Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions. Achieve assigned sales targets and performance goals. Stay updated on financial regulations, company policies, and loan products. Requirements. Education:High school diploma or bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field. Experience:1+ years of telesales experience in banking, NBFCs, or financial services. (Freshers with good communication skills may apply.). Skills: . Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills. Basic knowledge of financial products and loan processes. Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively.
