Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced M365 Migration Specialist to lead and support large-scale migrations from Gsuite to Microsoft 365 and tenant-to-tenant transitions. The ideal candidate will be proficient with Microsoft 365 tools including Exchange Online (EXO), SharePoint Online (SPO), and OneDrive for Business (ODB). This role involves executing migration runbooks, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with technical teams and customers to ensure seamless migrations. Key Responsibilities: Perform end-to-end Gsuite to Microsoft 365 migrations and tenant-to-tenant migrations. Execute migration runbooks accurately and efficiently. Manage migrations using Microsoft 365 stack tools such as Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive for Business. Support SharePoint On-Premise to Online migrations leveraging Content Matrix or Quest ODM tools. Troubleshoot migration challenges utilizing PowerShell scripting and other migration utilities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers to coordinate smooth cutover activities and minimize downtime. Document migration processes and maintain runbooks for future reference. Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven hands-on experience in Gsuite to Microsoft 365 migration projects. Strong knowledge and proficiency in OneDrive, Exchange Online, and SharePoint Online. Experience with migration tools such as Content Matrix and Quest ODM. Excellent runbook execution and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for migration troubleshooting and automation. Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively handle customer interactions. Nice to Have: Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Co-Pilot and Power Platform components including Power Automate and Dataverse. Understanding of SharePoint Search design and basics of SharePoint Framework (SPFx). Experience working with Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) and hybrid environments.
