Grievance Handling & Employee Relations Serve as the first point of contact for employee concerns and grievances. Facilitate fair and timely resolution of issues in line with company policy and statutory guidelines. Promote an inclusive, respectful, and professional workplace culture. Desired Skills & Competencies Strong understanding of HR policies, labour laws, and statutory compliances. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
