Job Title: HR Executive Experience Required: 23 Years Location: Adyar, Chennai Type: Full Time Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and proactive HR Executive with 23 years (female candidates only) of experience to become part of our vibrant team. The successful candidate will contribute to key HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, HR operations, and compliance. Key Responsibilities: Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes Conduct employee onboarding and offboarding Maintain HR records and manage HRMS data Strong understanding of payroll processing, PMS implementation, performance management systems, employee engagement initiatives, exit processes, leave management procedures. About the Role: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to support end-to-end employee lifecycle processes and drive initiatives that enhance workplace culture and engagement. This role will require strong coordination skills, a passion for people, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Manage on-boarding and induction of new employees ensuring a seamless joining experience. Coordinate exit processes, conduct exit interviews, and derive actionable feedback. Manage and track employee leave records, handle queries, and ensure compliance with leave policies. Ensure timely and accurate submission of employee timesheets. Coordinate with payroll team for accurate timesheet inputs and ensure error-free processing. Plan and execute engagement initiatives including festive celebrations, fun activities, and R&R (Rewards & Recognition) programs. Conduct regular 1:1 connects to gather feedback and enhance employee satisfaction. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for HR-related queries and ensure timely resolution. Ensure compliance with internal policies and data hygiene standards. Promote a positive and inclusive work environment. Qualifications: Masters degree in Human Resources Proven experience in an HR Generalist or HR Operations role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Extremely detail-oriented with a proactive approach to improvement. Good analytical skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with quick decision-making.
