We are seeking a proactive HR Manager to manage HR functions, employee relations, welfare, recruitment, and Payroll for our real estate company. This role involves overseeing employee engagement, compliance, performance management, and ensuring efficient office operations. Key Responsibilities: HR Functions: Oversee recruitment, on boarding, and performance management systems, including employee discipline, enforcement of the code of conduct, and the performance evaluation process. Employee Relations & Welfare: Organize employee engagement activities as per the HR calendar. Promote employee welfare programs to boost morale and retention. Recruitment & Background Checks: Assist in the recruitment process, conduct background checks, verify candidate documents, and manage induction programs for new hires. Employee Documentation & Coordination: Ensure smooth joining and exit formalities,including all required documentation and coordination with employees. Document & Asset Management: Maintain personal employee files, track office assets (laptops, mobile handsets, etc.), and ensure records are up to date. Insurance Handling: Manage Group Health Insurance (GHI) and Group Personal Accident (GPA) policies, including additions, deletions, and claim processing. Attendance & Payroll: Prepare monthly attendance and salary statements, and maintain leave/comp-off records for employees. Office Management & Decor: Ensure proper office decorum, oversee cleaning services, and manage guest relations to maintain a pleasant office environment. Communication & Documentation: Issue HR communications, disciplinary letters, and maintain HR correspondence for reference. Data Management & Reporting: Manage employee data efficiently and prepare various MIS reports for manpower planning, performance management, and incentive/variable salary disbursements. Employee Exit Process: Ensure smooth exit formalities, including conducting exit interviews and coordinating the return of company property.
