This position is created to build and focus on the sourcing function for the fitness segment. Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Sourcing (Fitness) to join our Supply Chain team. This role is critical to building and enhancing the sourcing strategy for our growing fitness product segment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sourcing strategies, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring cost-effective procurement while maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement sourcing and procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals. Research, identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers while maintaining strong relationships with existing vendors. Lead contract and price negotiations to ensure competitive advantage and value creation. Monitor supplier performance to ensure quality, timely delivery, and compliance with agreed standards. Identify cost-saving opportunities and innovative sourcing solutions to optimize procurement spend. Stay updated on market trends and industry developments to identify potential risks and sourcing opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Development, Procurement, Logistics, and Operations to align sourcing with business objectives. Ensure all sourcing activities comply with company policies, legal standards, and regulatory requirements. Desired Qualifications: Candidates should possess a degree in one of the following disciplines: Mechanical Engineering Automobile Engineering Electrical Engineering Electronics & Communication Engineering MBA (preferred in Operations/Supply Chain) Key Skills & Competencies: Strong negotiation and communication skills Proven experience in supplier management and strategic sourcing Analytical and problem-solving capabilities Deep understanding of procurement processes and cost analysis Familiarity with sourcing tools and ERP systems Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
