Role & responsibilities The Existing Installations (EI) Manager creates operational added value through the management of a team of EI Leaders (Asst./Area Managers) and through the support to the Branch Manager to meet branch targets. Key responsibilities include: Actively manage, develop and coach EI team (quality, productivity, efficiency, customer orientation, etc.) Supervise the EI Leaders (Asst./Area Managers) and EI Sales team to achieve targets on Mean Time Between Callbacks (MTBC), portfolio management, price, contract fulfillment, efficiency, etc. Analyze root causes for deviations and set up corrective actions. Ensure the application of the safety and health guidelines. Preferred candidate profile Total Exp 12+ years (Min 4 yrs experience in team handling) Team Size 6-7 (Asst & Area Managers) Skills Strategy, Service & Maintenance Manpower Management, Planning, development, retention.
