We are looking to hire a reliable and technically skilled Production Operator to support our digital printing and finishing operations. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing print job executions, handling basic file operations, and operating post-print finishing equipment. Prior experience in the printing industry is not required . However, the role demands a strong understanding of computers, a willingness to learn on the job, and basic familiarity with design software such as CorelDRAW . Key Responsibilities: Operate digital print and finishing equipment in accordance with production schedules Handle design files for print jobs, including basic adjustments and layout preparation Ensure jobs are executed as per specifications with attention to quality and accuracy Maintain daily production records and follow internal work procedures Conduct routine checks and basic maintenance of assigned equipment Coordinate with the production and design teams for smooth workflow execution Comply with safety, cleanliness, and quality standards across all tasks Candidate Profile: Comfortable working with computers and production software Basic working knowledge of CorelDRAW, MS Office or willingness to learn Strong attention to detail and quality orientation Physically capable of handling print media and machine setup tasks Able to work independently and manage time efficiently in a production environment A proactive attitude and willingness to undergo on-the-job training What We Offer: On-the-job training in digital production and finishing processes A stable, long-term opportunity with scope for growth and skill development Performance-linked incentives and recognition for consistent contribution A positive and disciplined workplace culture Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Shift allowance Ability to commute/relocate: Fazal Ganj, Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 01/07/2025
