Objectives To achieve faster turnaround of trucks/trailors containers Ensuring proper documentation related to s/line, customs, and Railways. To ensure compliance related to EXIM, customs railways. Ensuring Proper Customer Correspondence and relationship Ensuring Operational KPIs are achieved. Position impact Customer satisfaction Operational requirements Rail/Yard operations Yard/Rail Operational Safety Inter/Intra/External dept communication and relationships Key responsibilities Responsible for smooth operations at Gate, yard, rail warehouse (EXIM/Domestic). Ensure timely gate in and gate out operations as per SLAs. Ensure to prepare various reports showing with concerned in time. Ensure there should not be any revenue leakages. Plan to utilize equipment optimally and its proper management. Ensure to bring efficiency in operations by providing best timely service to customers. To have zero customer complaints. Cost saving initiatives. To follow safety and security norms of the company strictly and its implementation on the ground. To maintain relationships with internal employees as well as with external vendors/ Customers/ Govt. authorities. To follow strictly the SOPs of Gate, Yard, Rail warehouse operation Ensure timely loading/unloading of containers as per TAT. Need to unload all the SKUs batchwise and ensure timely GR and Put-away. Overall responsibility for Gate operation Maintaining Gross Margin at format level. Managing Team off-roll and on-rolls Attrition within 5% Maintaining Customer Level Operations SLA Maintaining Customer Level Transpiration SLA. On arrival of vehicle at gate, check DO validity for Import container, collect booking copy for export container. Preparation of Gate In/Out Job order in Elogisol / YMS. Conduct container survey (for Import Seal Checking external condition and for Export internal external condition). Updating container details in Elogisol. Issuing Gate In/Out gate pass. After security checking (Gate Pass Seal) Gate In/Out container in YMS/Elogisol. Updating Gate In/Out master file and sharing the same with all concern on daily basis. Submitting the empty container job orders which will not be handover at ICD Thimmapur, to finance team for billing purpose. Updating Stock Report and sharing the same with all concerned. Maintaining Inventory of Import, Export Empty containers and sharing the same with all concerned QUALIFICATIONS COMPETENCIES Good Communication skills in English language, both oral and written. Qualification - Graduate / Experience - Minimum - 5 years. To have very good knowledge of word, excel PPT as well as Software.
