Key Responsibilities: ·Design and Analysis: Develop and refine designs for structures that utilize tensile forces, ensuring they meet safety standards and regulatory requirements. Form finding and Geometry: Determine the optimal shape and geometry of structures based on tensile forces, material properties, and boundary conditions. Structural Analysis: Perform calculations and simulations to evaluate the behavior of structures under various loads and conditions. Materials Selection: Select appropriate materials for tensile structures, considering factors like strength, durability, and cost. Collaboration: Work with architects, contractors, and other engineers to ensure the overall design and construction of projects. Site Inspections: Monitor construction progress and ensure that structures are built according to design specifications.
