You will be responsible for studying the customer requirements in detail and interacting with EPE for clarifications on documents, if any. It is important to educate EPEs on proper documentations to avoid re-works/ECNs. Your role will involve preparing separate job files for each project and filing all input documents. Additionally, you will be arranging the preparation of production drawings, BOM, fabrication drawings, and packing lists. It will be your responsibility to verify, approve, and circulate these documents. Identifying non-standard items and providing different ideas for processing will also be a key part of your role. You will be required to perform online verification of SAP uploaded documents and approve them. Furthermore, you will arrange for the preparation of final installation drawings and circulate them as needed. Maintenance of refrigeration & electrical job documents as per ISO procedures will be crucial. You will also need to maintain daily reports on day-to-day jobs as per agreed procedures in an excel sheet. Monthly, you will be expected to make at least one site visit and submit a report. Additionally, attending/conducting internal training on refrigeration product-related subjects in coordination with RCET will be required. Lastly, visiting similar product exhibitions with a target of one per half-year and attending internal training sessions related to refrigeration products are also part of this role.,
