The Sales & Marketing Manager position is a full-time role based in New Delhi with a global aviation service provider specializing in Trip Support solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement sales strategies, manage client relationships, and drive revenue growth. You will work closely with the management team to achieve organizational goals by creating marketing campaigns, analyzing market trends, and conducting sales meetings. As the Sales & Marketing Manager, your key responsibilities will include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the aviation sector, building and managing a strong sales pipeline, developing client relationships, and converting leads into long-term partnerships. Additionally, you will be responsible for designing and implementing integrated marketing campaigns, enhancing brand awareness through various channels, organizing company participation in industry events, and monitoring market trends to refine strategies. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, along with at least 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the aviation or travel sector. You should also possess proven experience in digital marketing, branding, and B2B lead generation, excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills, and familiarity with CRM tools, marketing automation platforms, and social media management. A strong understanding of aviation industry standards and customer behavior will be a plus.
