Exercise Specialist

LevelupForWomen is seeking an Exercise Specialist to join our team in Gurugram. As an Exercise Specialist, you will play a crucial role in designing and leading group exercise sessions, developing personalized exercise prescriptions, monitoring clients" progress, and offering guidance on strength training. This part-time on-site position requires close interaction with clients to ensure their fitness needs and health goals are met. The ideal candidate should possess Group Exercise and Strength Training skills, along with experience in Exercise Physiology and Exercise Prescription. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for this role, as well as the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting. Relevant certifications in fitness or exercise science are a plus, and a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related field is preferred.
