As an Admin Specialist at our organization, you will have a key role in supporting the management, employees, and external parties to ensure smooth office operations. Reporting directly to the CEO and HR, you will be responsible for providing attentive and proactive support in various aspects of administrative tasks. Your primary responsibilities will include filing documents, serving as the initial point of contact for inquiries, managing emails, welcoming visitors, maintaining office organization and security, procuring office supplies and equipment, managing assets, coordinating meetings, and occasional city travel for document handover and office supply arrangements. To excel in this role, you must possess excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Tamil, the ability to interact effectively with diverse audiences, exceptional interpersonal skills, a strong sense of confidentiality and security protocols, proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word, and the capability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining organization.
