Executive - Trade Marketing & Sales Operation

As a skilled professional in Retail Analytics, Brand Activation Planning, Merchandising Strategy, Customer Segmentation, Digital Marketing Tools, Promotional Campaign Management, and Point of Sale Optimization, you will play a crucial role in finalizing national promotions in alignment with national priorities and calendar events such as Festive weeks, Festive Seasons, New Year offers, and IPL. Your responsibilities will include agency coordination, overseeing the printing of materials, managing dispatches, and deployment. You will also be responsible for managing Food Service Events like Aahar, IFF, and Food Food Awards. This will involve overseeing artwork designs and customizations to ensure they adhere to brand guidelines, as well as coordinating with agencies and managing billing processes. In addition, you will be in charge of overall budget management for trade marketing initiatives, including estimating budgets for the year and strategic planning periods. You will need to develop a process to capitalize on the online delivery space through platforms like Zomato and Swiggy, identifying opportunities for product placement on operator menus. Your role will also involve executing cost-effective consumer promotions tailored to specific environments to drive volume per outlet and increase redemption rates. You will establish a process for Kiosk Management nationwide, encompassing organization, monitoring, management, and usage of kiosks. Furthermore, you will implement digital trade marketing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, boost sales, improve margins, and foster loyalty. It will be essential to track trade marketing reports in a timely manner and create dashboards to evaluate the return on investment of various activations, measuring metrics such as incremental volume, lines sold, numeric distribution, and expenditure.
