Executive - Technical Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst in the Cybersecurity UAM team at Macquarie within the Technology division, you will be part of a dynamic and collaborative team supporting the UAM transformation to provide seamless access to staff while mitigating potential risks. Your role will involve collaborating with stakeholders to achieve organization-wide transformation objectives and steering the organization towards utilizing SailPoint IdentityIQ for automating access management processes for joiners, movers, and leavers. You will also focus on provisioning access efficiently and implementing mechanisms to enforce access governance across the technology stack to reduce risk. **Key Responsibilities:** - Collaborate with stakeholders from various areas to achieve organization-wide transformation objectives. - Play a vital role in utilizing SailPoint IdentityIQ for automating access management processes. - Provision access in an efficient manner and implement mechanisms to enforce access governance. - Reduce risk by implementing effective risk management, issue escalation, and operational robustness improvement. - Understand the Identity Governance lifecycle and have beneficial experience with automation, scripting (VBA, Macros), and tools like SailPoint IIQ. **Qualifications Required:** - 4-9 years of experience, including 2-4 years in Cybersecurity IAM data processing and transformation. - Experience in Identity & Access Management is essential. - Ability to work with stakeholders across geographies and domains to drive outcomes. - Understanding of the Identity Governance lifecycle; beneficial experience with automation, scripting (VBA, Macros), and tools like SailPoint IIQ.
