Key Responsibilities:

● Post job vacancies on job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and others.
● Actively source profiles from job portals and databases based on client requirements.● Conduct initial telephonic screenings to assess candidates' qualifications, communication skills,and suitability.● Schedule interviews and coordinate with both candidates and clients to ensure a smooth recruitment process.● Maintain and regularly update candidate databases and recruitment reports.● Support client recruitment needs by understanding job requirements and ensuring quality candidate submissions.● 6 days a week.09:00 am to 05:30pm working hours.● 2-day casual leave in a month.

Salary: 10000-12500+Incentives
