You will lead, mentor, and grow a multi-disciplinary data science team, including ML engineers, data scientists, and analysts. It will be essential to build a high-performing team culture centered around innovation, experimentation, and outcomes, while ensuring that talent pipelines and development pathways are aligned with evolving business and tech needs. Collaboration will be a key aspect of your role, as you will partner with various teams such as product, engineering, merchandising, supply chain, marketing, and membership to co-create data products and solutions.
