Executive / Sr. Executive - Finance & Accounts

The ideal candidate for this position will have a Bachelor's degree in Commerce with 2 to 5 years of experience in accounting, specifically in areas such as passing JV/Cash/Purchase/Sales vouchers and reconciliations for debtors/creditors and bank accounts. Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and Word is essential, along with the ability to prepare MIS reports, GST, and TDS returns. Experience in Real Estate or NBFC sectors will be an added advantage. Responsibilities for this role include maintaining group company accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, and reconciling transactions, resolving discrepancies, monthly closings, preparation of financial statements, and balance sheet account reconciliation. Additionally, liaising with statutory auditors and ensuring proper communication and collaboration within the team is crucial. The key skills required for this position are proficiency in JV, Cash, Purchase, and Sales vouchers, as well as expertise in Tally and Excel. Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and team handling skills are also desirable traits for this role.
