Job Responsibilities

Receive monthly requirement/ schedules from plants, distributors, IB team GST Invoice creation in SAP-SD to customer on SO and as internal stakeholder on STO/STSA

MASOP, Job works and bought out returnable delivery challan creation for returnable material from plant.

Debit note & Credit note processing knowledge & scenarios

Understanding the applicable GST rates on invoices and e-way bills to ensure GST compliance.

Coordinate for internal and external audit requirements

Follow-up and Co-ordination with internal stakeholders to execute the job

Knowledge of parts requirement and available schedule, stock, Materials Master in SAP

Coordinate with transporters and plan dispatch as per vehicle availability

Execute orders and billing as per first in first out.

Coordinate with internal agency for pre-dispatch checks

Managing warehouse operations and inventory control for spare parts stores

Handle and resolve queries from internal departments and external agencies

Prepare various Macros/Adv. Excel/ MIS reports, PowerPoint presentations related to dispatch processes

Other responsibilities related to dispatch planning and documentation
