Role Summary:

We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Executive to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about content, trends, and building engagement across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos) across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter)
• Coordinate and brainstorm creative ideas with the design and video team
• Write captions, hashtags, and copy that aligns with the brand voice
• Manage social media calendars for 6–10 clients simultaneously
• Monitor social media trends and competitor activity
• Schedule posts using tools like Meta Business Suite etc..
• Respond to comments, messages, and DMs where required
• Collaborate with influencers and help manage influencer content delivery
• Generate monthly performance reports using platform insights
• Participate in photoshoots and strategy meetings with clients

Skills Required:

• Strong written and verbal communication
• Solid understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & X platforms
• Basic knowledge of Canva or other content tools
• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines
• Good eye for design and content aesthetics
• Familiarity with AI tools for content creation is a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, or related field
• 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience (agency experience preferred)
• Portfolio or examples of past work will be a bonus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
