Active listening and clear reporting Administrative Efficiency Daily task management and prioritization Filing, documentation, Keeping records and facilitation skills. Statutory Compliance and Data Collection and Coordination with respective Department Ready to take any additional responsibilities whenever assigned Ability to address queries and provide prompt support Ability to work cooperatively with team members. Willingness to assist and take instructions from supervisors Problem-Solving Ability Basic issue identification and escalation. Initiative in troubleshooting operational challenges Time Management: Punctuality and attendance discipline. Efficient use of work hours to meet daily responsibilities Maintenance of confidentiality and integrity Other Requirements Demonstrated ability to work under minimal supervision Readiness to take ownership of responsibilities and outcomes Strong ethical standards and accountability in all tasks Availability for extended hours or weekend work during peak periods Experience in handling confidential information with discretion Ability to represent the department in interdepartmental meetings & audits Positive attitude towards change management and team leadership
