Job responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and implementation of ES frameworks, processes, and methodologies for flawless operations. Design and refine tools and templates to streamline the ES project lifecycle. Identify gaps and inefficiencies in current ES processes and propose improvements. Lead in building the ES service line, ensuring it aligns with industry best practices. Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture within the ES service line. Mentor and guide junior team members on ES methodologies, tools, and best practices. Work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows and ensure alignment with best practices. Collaborate with business development and strategy teams to convert ES opportunities into viable strategic products. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to drive project milestones and objectives. Lead end-to-end project management for ES engagements, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality outputs. Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to achieve project objectives efficiently. Drive the integration of acquired entities post-transaction, ensuring synergy and value creation. Prepare and present reports, presentations, and executive summaries for senior management and clients. Uphold high standards of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism in all clients interactions. Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage and track candidate applications. Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process. Ready to take on additional responsibilities as assigned by the line manager, adapting to changing business needs and priorities. Requirements: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, or a related field. 5+ years of progressive experience in Talent Aquisition / Executive Search, with at least 2 years in a leadership or strategy-focused role. Strong understanding of end-to-end Executive Search lifecycle and industry best practices. Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and build high-performing recruitment teams. Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across departments and senior leadership. Expertise in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics tools. Strong analytical, presentation, and reporting skills. High level of professionalism, discretion, and ethical standards. Ability to adapt to evolving business priorities and take initiative on new projects.
