Overview: We are currently looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Jr. Purchase Executive to join our team at Global Electronics. As a trading team member, you will drive business growth by understanding customer needs, working in trading & manufacturing organization and effectively articulating the value of our products or services. Your role will be pivotal in effectively communicating information to customers and helping to develop and maintain relationships to build trust. Job Responsibilities Research potential vendors Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing Track orders and ensure timely delivery Review quality of purchased products Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage Attend trade shows and exhibitions to stay up-to-date with industry trends Must have knowledge of Incoterms ,SPQ/MOQ,MOV/MOA, Co ordination with Logistic Depat to arrange shipment. CO Ordination with Finance Department for Vendor Payment Co ordination with GRN & Invoicing Team Excel handling Proficient Reschedule In /Out & Cancellation Work on LD Orders Work On Billing Report to achieve targets Required Skills and
