Job Description – Executive – Community Programs The Executive Community Programs will be a member of the Community Programs team. The person would be required to contribute to building innovation and entrepreneurship capability and capacity among the chosen ‘Community’ of ACIC-BMU. The responsibilities include: Execution of the programs aimed at women, students, and SME enterprises. Conducting outreach activities among the community members. These could include orientation sessions, idea-thons, hackathons. Preparing proposals for association with relevant external organizations for conduct of activities. Preparing the pre and post event planning documents and reports. Tracking and monitoring the progress of the beneficiaries; and measuring the social and economic impacts of the programs. On boarding the early stage entrepreneurs for the ‘pre-incubation’, and tracking their progress. Managing communication by facilitating communication among the target groups and program partners.
