Responsibilities To executive material management, warehouse & sub warehouse activities as per SOP, cGMP & Safety. Responsible for material management & all sub warehouses for all API plants with respect to Co-ordinations with production for uniform supply of raw material and packaging material. Planning of materials for smooth production i.e. Material should be approved in warehouse before the requirement in plant. Receipt of materials form warehouse as per production reschedule/plant requirement. To prepare the material requisition, dispensing, verification and lot making of RM, PM and fresh solvent. To ensure the all kind of documentation with respect to material handling. To ensure the plant store operations are carried out safely, in compliance to cGMP, as per SOPs and maintained are in ATR (All time readiness) for regulatory/customer/internal audits. To ensure that all deviations with respect to material handling are reported and handled in accordance to SOP of Deviation, change control, CAPA, Investigation etc. To ensure the availability of operating supply items etc. for plant store. To maintain discipline and high morale in employee. To ensure that harmonious elation is maintained among the employees. Effective communication to superiors a well as subordinates in order to carry out work and its follow up according to instructions. To ensure the temperature monitoring of storage area and data checked and reviewed on daily basis. To handle all types of audits with respect to material management, warehouse and prepare response. To ensure that the ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 requirements and related documents are maintained. To maintain facility to meet current regulatory requirement. Hazardous or nonhazardous wastes disposal activities i.e. verification of materials provided by plant and send to incinerator. To execute the investigation for unplanned and planned deviations related to material storage area. Physical verification of materials, reconciliation of stock and adjustment through PID if required. Responsible to check the stock of raw material, fresh and recovered solvents, finished products, intermediates, catalyst inventories at plant any time and will provide the stock information to the HOD. Responsible for handling of raw materials , fresh and recovered solvents, finished products, intermediates, catalyst inventories at plant any time and will provide the data/ inventories/report to this position. Support to manager for laison for external bodies for IPQC instruments/calibration of weighing balance and standard weights and co-ordinate with individual department. To support to manager as and when needed to the department for execute Engg. Stores activities for all APO plants as maintain the minimum/maximum inventory and review of inventory of engineering MRP items. The availability of operating supplies/Engg./safety items for uninterrupted supply to the concern. Goods receipt note to be approved on time to ensure timely supplies of operating supplies. Suggestion reducing scrap accumulation in scrap and disposal of scrap dispatch of rejected materials to the party/destruction of rejected materials. Raising the PR/Approval/PO and arrange the printing and issuance to individual plant/Department. Suggestion for minimize the cost of Engg. Item / operating supplies.
