Executive - Railway Marketing

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Executive to manage the end-to-end tendering process across platforms like IREPS, GeM, and other government/private portals. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in tender documentation, bid submission, compliance checks, and coordination with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate participation in tenders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Tender Identification & Analysis:
• Regularly monitor tender portals (IREPS, GeM, etc.) for relevant opportunities.
• Analyze tender documents and identify eligibility criteria, technical requirements, and commercial terms.
• Documentation & Submission:
• Prepare and compile all necessary documents for tender submission, including technical and financial bids.
• Ensure compliance with tender specifications and company policies.
• Upload bids on respective portals within stipulated timelines.
• Coordination & Communication:
• Liaise with internal departments (Finance, Operations, Legal) for required inputs and approvals.
• Communicate with clients or authorities for clarifications and updates.
• Post-Tender Activities:
• Track tender status, follow up on results, and maintain records of submitted tenders.
• Assist in contract finalization and documentation after tender award.
• Compliance & Reporting:
• Maintain accurate records of tenders, bids, and related correspondence.
• Prepare periodic reports on tender performance and success rates.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline (preferably Commerce/Business Administration).
• 2–5 years of experience in tendering processes on IREPS, GeM, and other portals.
• Strong knowledge of government procurement guidelines and e-tendering procedures.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with online tender portals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple tenders simultaneously.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
