Job Description

Overview: P u r p o se: To maintenance a nd d e velopment of smooth delivery of product to the customer to support bu s ine s s obj e ctives and r e quirem e nts. D u t i es & R e s p o n s i b i l i t ies: Responsible for outbound deliveries to customers including return of Optimize operational efficiency to fully meet customer's requirement and achieving KPI set Co-ordination with TIS for RM shipment dispatches to TII on time Getting shiping documents Soft copy through mail & Hard copy through courier (like Invoice, COA, COO, Packing list) from TIS Arranging Vehicle in case of low weight materials. (As CHA will charge more amount) Close co-ordination with CHA for clearance the RM shipments as soon as reaches chennai port/Airport. Verifying details with trading invoice & physical material once reaches our factory.(Batch No, Qty, Description, ETC) create customer master in ERP System (Tally) for Raw Materials create matreial master in ERP System (Tally) for Raw Materials Create Purchase Order in ERP System (Tally) for Raw materials. Co ordination with Customer Service for Road permit/any other requirement or any other clarification.
