Executive Production Packing Supervisor

You will be responsible for meeting the production schedule in terms of quality and quantity. It is essential to maintain discipline in the Packaging area and department while ensuring the implementation of EHS practices. Planning daily activities in the area and allocating different jobs to workmen and machine operators will be part of your routine. Your duties will also include verifying the transfer of Primary Packing Material, maintaining Good Packaging Practices, and adhering to SOPs to uphold product quality standards. Effective control of manpower, machinery, and materials is crucial in the department. You will need to coordinate validation activities, conduct on-the-job training, and supervise Primary and Secondary Packing operations. Furthermore, you will lead investigations for OOS, monitor CAPA, handle deviations, and ensure strict adherence to validation protocols, change controls, deviations, SOPs, and specifications. Maintaining department cleanliness, controlling rejection rates, and handling employee counseling and grievances are also important aspects of the role. Reviewing Batch Production Records, controlling wastages during Packaging, performing trackwise and SAP-related tasks, and investigating Market Complaints and Deviations are additional responsibilities. Completing record-keeping on a daily basis and executing any other tasks assigned by superiors as per production requirements are also expected.,
