Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Crewing Coordinator to manage crew documentation, medicals, visas, and mobilization for our maritime clients. The role ensures vessels are manned with qualified seafarers and that all crew movements comply with company policies, client requirements, and applicable maritime regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Arrange and coordinate crew travel, visas, medical examinations, safety certificates, Seaman’s Book, and other mobilization requirements.
• Maintain accurate crew documentation and ensure timely renewals.
• Communicate effectively with clients, crew members, agents, and internal teams regarding schedules, placements, and crew changes.
• Ensure compliance with maritime regulations, STCW requirements, flag state rules, and client standards.
• Support vessel manning plans and assist with urgent or last-minute crew changes when required.

Qualifications & Skills

• Prior experience in crew manning, crewing coordination, or maritime operations preferred.
• Strong coordination, organizational, and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of seafarer documentation and maritime compliance (STCW, medicals, visas) is an advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple mobilizations simultaneously.
• Proficiency in MS Office and crewing systems is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
