Role & responsibilities

• Cross verification of Goods issued from FGS with Order/Out Bond
• To make packing sleep and also responsible to raise invoice, fill permit/waybill and also check pending O/b and co-ordinate with FGS for faster order execution.
• To check in house system of dispatch- packing and supervise the packing casual workers and ensure for error less dispatches.
• To co-ordinate with FGS, Courier/Transporters, Warehouse, MSC Staff, for faster order execution
• To Issue of packing material from Packing warehouse and also help them to maintain proper stock.
• To make gate pass and handover the dispatch material to Courier company by counting each and every box.

• To support dispatch hod for Achieving savings in Dispatch and inventory costs
• Effective quality control support / QMS support. Responsible to check Audit check list on daily basis to be signed by HOD Dispatch
• To Support and inspire the casual workers to achieve their targets and the objectives of the Dispatch function and Company.

Ensure timely and effective delivery of FERT, HAWA and samples at all locations as per monthly and rolling plan to meet business needs as and when required or in absent of Dispatch executive. (Turnaround time from outbound to dispatch and up to Customer end)
