Your Role

As a People Success Executive
at StayVista, you will be at the center of building a thriving workplace culture. You will design, execute, and track initiatives that foster engagement, drive employee satisfaction, and ensure smooth employee lifecycle processes. With a blend of creativity and structure, you will champion policies, resolve queries, and support employees at every stage of their journey.
About You

  • Coordinate and manage the end-to-end induction & onboarding process for new joiners.
  • Conduct HR induction sessions introducing StayVista’s culture, values, and policies.
  • Collect and analyze new hire feedback to improve onboarding effectiveness.
  • Design, plan, and execute annual and quarterly engagement calendars.
  • Organize festive celebrations, townhalls, CSR events, team offsites, and wellness programs.
  • Create engaging internal communication content (mailers, posters, newsletters).
  • Conduct pulse checks and engagement surveys, analyze data, and recommend action plans.
  • Maintain trackers for engagement, induction, and participation metrics.
  • Prepare and present engagement dashboards & reports for HR reviews and leadership updates.
  • This position includes tasks supporting Owner and Guest Management, as determined by organizational needs.

  • Prior experience in driving employee engagement programs (surveys, events, wellness activities).
