Communication & Stakeholder Management: - Serve as a key liaison between the CEO and other executives, employees, and external stakeholders. - Ensure clear communication across all levels of the organization regarding key initiatives, priorities, and decisions. - Represent the CEO in meetings when necessary and ensure follow-up on action items. Operational Efficiency: - Identify and implement processes that enhance operational efficiency across the company. - Assist in driving continuous improvement efforts within the executive office and across the organization. - Support the CEO in fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation.,

Monitoring and Reporting • Project Tracking: Maintain project timelines, deliverables, and milestones, ensuring alignment with agreed schedules. • Report Preparation: Gather data and draft monthly/quarterly progress reports for review and submission. • Issue Escalation: Identify and escalate any risks or issues to the Project Lead or Steering Committee for timely resolution. 5. Confidentiality and Professionalism • Data Handling: Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism. • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a professional representative of the project team in all communications and interactions.

Job Overview The Senior Executive Risk Operations is responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks related to customer interactions, transactions, and service delivery. The position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to risk management. Key Responsibilities Achieve TAT of performing the activity as per agreed SLAs to mitigate risk efficiently Investigate suspicious activities/play and behaviors that could pose a risk to our company. Proactively detect and prevent fraud and activities like multiple IDs, money laundering, and collusion that violate our Terms of Service. Ensure that the processes, procedures, and communication with players are within the applicable norms and in line with the overall risk management strategy. Analyzing the behavior of new users and old users for identifying new patterns that may help in the early detection of risk. Maintain a fair playing environment by ensuring proper implementation and execution of all risk management systems and processes. Maintain high levels of confidentiality and data security standards. Qualifications & Skills Required Graduate/ MBA At least 2 years experience in a similar role. Should be willing to work any shift since the role is for our 24X7 service.
